Ronald Hunt
I sang R&B in the clubs, created abstracts in the small galleries and lost my way in the streets of Adams Morgan. I joined the PSI Picasso Group a few years back. I’ve done many abstracts using different materials like oil pastels acrylic, and color pencil. I surprised myself when I created an abstract and was restricted to only using degrees of gray. I plan to do larger and larger pieces by getting involved with some mural projects. I’ve gotten too comfortable working small. I also want to try working on the human figure and still life. I plan to continue applying my designs to ash cans, pottery, masks, and furniture. Being an artist is about communicating and reaching people. Art keeps me out of trouble.
